Why there’s no reply from: the Belgian Justice Minister, the king of Belgians Albert II and both of the presidencies of the CEE and the European Minister of Justice, as you can see in the precedents articles, they have been all full informed and are very well aware concerning the terrorist issues on behalf of country’s members of the CEE ?.

Silence, that means, admitting that those issues are true ?.

Who planned the terrorist acts on the 11/3 in a Madrid train station (Atocha), 191 citizen’s citizens were killed and more than 1.500 were injured in order to gain the control of the Spanish government, this terrorist act was very well planed, in the last transition of the Spanish elections, no matter what surges, the elections can’t be stopped, but we know today with certainty who was behind those atrocities !, Eta wasn’t behind, nor Al-Qaida, nor the Moroccans, how can the actual Spanish government explained that one of the bombs was placed under one of the carriages, who got benefit out of that atrocity, there you have the answer who was behind that terrorist act ?.

That mise-en-scène in London on the 7/7 by the British government was quite a show, there’s no reel proof that 52 civilians were killed, it was a show like the moon landing by the Americans, in reality, they have never landed on the moon, but these issues are very reel in deed, the first country that it’s a terrorist county in the hart of the CEE, that title comes to Belgium, the second terrorist country is attributed to Spain for the mass killings in Madrid train station (Atocha) and the third country that has join-up the club is the United Kingdom whit that show in London on the 7th of July 2005, how come that the drivers wind-screen below the blast didn’t even broke-up during the explosion ?.

Concerning the letter that was sent to you from aboard on the 27.7.2006 on an issue that’s quite serious, a country within the European Union it’s a "Terrorist Country" and you’re all by now aware of this sort of issue.

As an European citizen this sort of issues are unacceptable in the era that we live on, we live with terrorist and those terrorist seems to be as these sort of issues were normal in their country in the era that we live on.

If you won’t deal with this kind of issues out of law, than the hole world will be in full possession of this information’s, they even have assassinated at least 8 of your compatriots in Algiers while they were working in the oil industry in the 90’s, you can verified these information’s if they’re true or not, last year two other country’s have joined this club, Spain with her terrorist acts on 11/3 in the Atocha train station in Madrid, !, they have assassinated 191 innocent citizen’s and injured more than 1.500 others, the last terrorist country that has joined-up the clan was the United Kingdom with her terrorist act on the 7/7 in London, how come that the drivers winds-screen below the explosion didn’t even broke during the explosion ?, quite a show ?.

Depuis la date de mon agression physique, systématiquement des entraves/obstacles sont mise en place dans le but que les droits de la victime soient écartés ou pas tenus en considération par les diverses autorités, qu’il soit de la part de la Police, Gendarmerie, Juges d’Instruction, Juges devant les divers tribunaux, etc…

Cette sorte de discrimination ne peut plus être accepté, soit la Belgique est un pays démocratique, soit il est un pays terroriste comme plus tard nous allons revenir sur ce sujet plus bas ?.

En 1993 j’ai été sauvagement agressé sur les lieux du travail par deux collègues, leurs employeurs sont membres de la famille, ils ont mis en place corruption des fonctionnaires de la Police d’Etterbeek, chaque année ils faisaient un don de 10.000 FB anciennes à la Police d’Etterbeek, inutile de vous dire comment la Belgique fonctionne, vous le savez mieux que moi, le problème devant lequel nous nous trouvons est: la Belgique est un pays démocratique ou est un pays "Hors-Loi" soit les lois sont appliqués sans discrimination, soit la Belgique est un pays: xénophobe, discriminatoire, corrompu et terroriste, il y a plus de 30 ans qu’un conseil m’avait dit: "De toute façon vendredi prochaine, je vais manger avec le juge qui va vous juger et j’arrangerai tout" je croyais qu’il plaisantais sur le sujet, non, pas du tout, c’est comme ça que s’est produite. Un autre conseil m’a dit ce-ci: "De toute façon si nous nous rencontrons des obstacles, je vais aller voir Mme. la Juge qui est ma belle sœur" et c’était vrai, elle est un membre de sa famille, car ont tous les deux le même nom de famille.

Belgium violates the human rights !.

As it has been show in all the links above, that in Belgium the laws aren’t respected or taken into account, as you can see that article 7 of the "Universal Declaration of the Human Rights" of the 10th of December 1948 it’s not at all apply and says as fallows:

Every one has the right to an equal protection against any kind of discrimination that could violate the present Declaration and against any provocation of any kind of discrimination".

This is en theory, in practice is other wise, Belgium has sign-up this treaty with the whole world, another treaty that Belgium does not respect or apply is the "European Convention and Safeguard of the Human Rights and the Fundamental Liberties" of the 4th of November 1950, article 6 says as fallows:

I just have learn while I was in the offices of the "Court of Cassation of Brussels" that a lawyer was appointed to defend my affaire, his identity seems to be F. T’Kint, the file was transmitted the 22 of May under the references G-06-007x-F, up to now no one has contacted me concerning this issue, what has shocked me was to learn that this lawyer is going to pronounce him self if the "Appeal in Cassation" if is founded or not, these seems to be ridiculous, the only documents that this lawyer have copy is the judgment of the 27.1.2003 where the judge say’s that the victim or his lawyer were not present at the hearing, the recording of that session says other wise, the other document that this lawyer has copy of is the judgment of 5.4.2006 where the Ministry of Justice says he’s not in cause, the lawyer that is in cause and has cause the victim prejudices for more than 22 years has been condemned for an insignificant amount of 1.250 €uro’s when the prejudices is extended for more than 22 years.

Is this a way to rend justice in Belgium ?.

If you readers were in my situation, would this be justice in an equitable manner ?.

How can this lawyer F. T’Kint have an equitable point of view of the issue with two false judgments ?

The judgment of 27.1.2003 is false, the judgment of 5.4.2006 is contradictory to the issue and false, the historical of the issue is contradictory to the judgment, how can this lawyer have a precise point of view with two false judgments in his possession ?.

The appropriate formula would be to have possession of the full historical of the issue, an interview with the victim and than he can have a global view and can pronounce him self in an appropriate manner, under such circumstances these would be impossible for any lawyer to have a clear point of view and in impartial view of the issue.

If you write to the Minister of Justice and expose these issues-up, as you can see I’m still waiting for her reply, that means that they are fully aware of this kind of issues that goes on and on before the Belgians tribunals, they should be ashamed dragging-on that poor man in justice for more than 30 years, if there’s no justice in this corrupted earth, there’s justice in the other system and I personally would not like to be in the place of one of those corrupted judges that are in Belgium, even if they give me the key of the National Bank, I’ll refuse to take one of their places in the next system, quite a few of those judges have a randez-vous with me and the Supreme Judge in the next system, it’s a gamble, O.K, but it’s very real !. Today in Belgium with the corruption that is in place, it’s impossible to have justice in an equitable manner, no matter what you have been victim off, it’s nothing for the Belgian judges, even if they have cut your head off, they will pronounce a "Non-Lieu" as it didn’t happened, this means that the judges are "Corrupted" or "Xenophobes" if you’re a citizen member of a state in the European Union, but in the case of the Belgian citizen’s ?, the only answer is that the judges are "Corrupted", why drag than citizen’s for more than 30 years in justice, ? there’s no justification to drag the victim during more than 13 years in justice unless this is done in a voluntary manner ?, now in order to cause the victim more prejudices, they apply an article where the judges can ordered that the victim has to be defended by a lawyer, that’s another way to drag the victim-on and cause him more financial losses, simple issues in justice that should be resolved in a few years are drag along for more than 13 years, is this not a "Xenophobic attitude" ?, is this not a way to "Discriminate the Europeans citizen’s" before their Courts ?, is this not a "Corruption active" to all these citations, we should not forget also that Belgium she’s also a "Terrorist Country" in the hart of the CEE as today every one knows it !.

The Court complicates the issue !.

Up to now it has been more than 12 years that the process is in cause, even if Professor Bernard Bertrand has put it down in writing that the "Medical Error" is due to a bad position in the operating table, the lawyer that defends the insurer pretends that the facts haven’t been establish, Doctor Samuel Borenstein during his medical practice has falsified the data, hanging him self-up from the arm of the victim in order to falsified the data, this medical exam has been also done in quite other medical centers, some they’re professional in the way they accomplish their medical acts, some should be working in a slaughterhouse, the way that Dr. Samuel Borenstein has done the "EMG" is not the same way that other more uncorrupted doctors do this kink of medical procedure, if you hang your self from the arm of the victim, you’re going to falsified the data, that is what he has done during his practice, like if I was stupid to see that was not the way that the medical exam in normally done, the medical exams that has been done afterwards of his exam, they show another data of the medical practice "EMG".

As it has already been pointed out, you can’t hang your self from the arm of the patient or the data will be falsified, that was what Dr. Samuel Borenstein did do during the exam, in Belgium when a doctor has committed a medical error, the other doctors will form a cooperative between them and won’t revealed or put in writing the real truth, that’s the way justice functions at least in Belgium, a simple medical error and it has been more than 12 years since the error has arrived and still there’s no final medical report concerning this issue, if you hang-on, they’ll use down like a tire on a car, the evidence speak for it self, the medical reports that are made impartial like they always have been done in the U-Z in Leuven speak for them selves, they have nothing to gain or nothing to loose, they put down in writing what they had found, no more, no less, the victim has no prior medical history concerning his medical pathology of the left arm, he didn’t have any medical pathology before entering the medical center and two days after the medical intervention, the victim can’t lift his left arm, the professor in his letter of 7.12.1994 says it very clearly that the medical error if due to a bad positioning in the operating table, even so, more than 12 years after, the Belgian tribunals still drag the victim hearing after hearing like they were doing with that man form an eastern European country 30 years in process.

In Belgium the victim becomes the perpetrator, the insurer becomes the victim, and they drag you on and on until you’ll die, a simple medical error, in witch the professor has put it in writing that the medical error is due to a bad position on the operating table, even so, they will drag you year after year until you’ll die.

There can’t be any dough in this issue, no prior medical history has the victim prior entering the hospital for under-go a chirurgical intervention, because the professor had to operate the patient on his nose, the logical position would be with his head leaning towards the back, this has cause the patient a nerve compression on the left trapeze during two and half hours that lasted the intervention, the data concerning this type of chirurgical intervention with a nerve that has been compressed explains the medical pathology of the victim.

The clinical exams that year after year are done in the U-Z of Leuven shows that the victim has far worse aftermath than what Dr. Halewyck de Heusch has describe in his rapport, his conclusions are contradictory to the other clinical reports that are emitted by other hospitals, no prior medical history, the patient left the hospital with a total denervation of the left superior arm, its very clearly shown that during the clinical intervention something has occur that shouldn’t have occur, the own professor has admitted in his letter of 7.12.1994, the judicial system with the compliance of the lawyer that defends the other party, drag you on and on for decades when the facts are shown quite clearly that has occur during the medical intervention, this is the typical formula o way that justice is currently done before the Belgian tribunals, no matter what proof you have brought before the Court, nothing has any meaning before the Belgian judges.

The judges refuse to judge the affaire !.

Since more than 13 years, I have been victim of the Belgian judicial system, in 1993, at that time I was aggressed during the working hours and on site were I was working, as you are well aware that today every one is for sale like groceries are in the super-market, at that time I was novice in justice, I believed that if a citizen is victim of a physical aggression, the justice is there to punish-up the author or authors of the aggression, that’s in theory, in reality at least in Belgium everyone is for sale as later on it will be revealed in more deep details.

Due to that physical aggression that I was victim, I had to be hospitalized, under go a medical intervention to repair the impact of the aggression and a few days later re-hospitalized for post-traumatic-symptoms, professors more competents than those doctors that could not see that the victim was suffering of a "post-traumatic-syndrome" due to the aggression that I had on the 9.3.1993, after heaving been discharge form the hospital, I try to deposit complaint against the two aggressors, witch it was impossible, other sources already had been told to drag the issue on and try to make the victim deposit a statement against his interest !.

As I didn’t comply to those proposals, I had to take lawyer and defend my interest, the statements that were done before the police in the towns were the two aggressors live, were contradictory to the real version of the facts that had been told on site, the police form the township of Etterbeek came to the site were the aggression have taken place, the employers each year they give the Police of Etterbeek an amount of 250 €urors and the report was completely falsified in reference with the version that had been declared to the policeman that came on the site.

I had to constitute my self "Civil-Party" against the two aggressors, the declaration that have been declared by the two aggressors confirm the version of the victim, one of the aggressors have declared before the authority that interview the aggressor, "that the victim probably has injured him-self trying to avoid his punches", his other brother have declared also "that he also try to jump into the victim, but he was retained" if we apply the laws, the article 1.382 of the Belgian Civil Code says other wise: "Tout fait quelconque de l’homme qui cause à autrui un damage, oblige celui par la faute du quell est arrive à le réparer" that is in theory, in practice, it’s complexly the opposite, the lawyers are for sale to those that offer the higher price, the judges pronounce judgments in favor of the aggressors, they treat you like if you were trash or they discard completely your rights as an European Citizen in legal status living in Belgium.
