  • In tax litigations entered into with Tax Authorities, either in the case of a persistent dispute following a tax audit, or with a view to obtain the refund of wrongly paid taxes

Using their knowledge in the tax procedure rules and with the assistance of experts from our firm in the different areas of taxation, the goal pursued by our team is to obtain the best results for the taxpayers in the shortest time possible while maintaining a good relationship with Tax Authorities.
With the support of the Taxand international network, our team assists the corporations in their contentious actions on the grounds of European law carried out simultaneously in several countries of the European Union.

The team in charge of the tax audit and the litigation is notably head by Roland Schneider and Michel Taly.
The team intervenes during periods of tension, puts its competences at the disposal of corporations who would like their corporate taxes to be optimized and actively managed in the daily run of their business, but also during exceptional operations in which they take part in.

Tax audit


  • Preparation of the tax audit (in particular review of information systems, preparation of legal documents…),
  • Follow-up of tax audit (description of the strategy to adopt with regard to the relationship with the tax inspectors, taking part in meetings with the latter…)
  • Preparation of the comments to be produced in response to the adjustment proposal
  • Assistance in the various hierarchical recourses
  • Preparation, then taking part in various committees

Tax litigation

  • Assistance in determining the tax result
  • Tax integration issues management
  • Funding optimization and indebtedness ratio management
