Following the recently completed tenant fit out, CLS is pleased to announce the letting of 6,434 sq m (69,230 sq ft) to Vänersborgs Komvux & Other Education (City of Vänersborg) and 1,346 sq m (14,483 sq ft) to Vänersborg Barn & Ungdom (City of Vänersborg).

The lease to Vänersborgs Komvux & Other Education (6,434 sq m) is for a term of ten years and 100% index based on CPI October 2007. The initial rent is SEK 5,983,630 (£502,826) per annum (SEK 930 per sq m), subject to six months rent free.

The lease to Vänersborgs Barn & Ungdom (1,346 sq m) is for a term of ten years and 80% index based on CPI October 2007. The initial rent is SEK 2,049,120 (£172,195) per annum (SEK 1,522 per sq m).

A further 5,000 sq m (53,800 sq ft) is under negotiation, leaving another 5,946 sq m (63,979 sq ft) of vacant space available.
