With an aim of treating your request for visas in the most adequate way and within the delay requested, we allow ourselves to remind you some basic rules to you. *The forms of request for visas must carry original signature of the applicant.
*The photographs owe being original, in colours and in the passport size.
*The invitation letter must come from the country of which you are going to visit. In some cases this must be legalized by the local authorities.
*The letter of guarantee must bear the heading of your company and mentioned the purpose of the voyage, the names of the people and or the companies which you will visit, who all the fees of voyages are guarantee by your company.
*Check that your passport is valid (generally 6 months after return) and that there remain free pages on average 2 per visa.
The exchange of mail between you and local correspondent are not enough.
Thanks to our good relationships with the consular’s authorities, we arrive for some cases to make “miracles” but that does not become an habit.
