NEW VISA CONDITIONS FOR TRAVELERS TO EQUATORIAL GUINEA


BUSINESS, TOURIST, DIPLOMAT, TRANSIT, RELIGIOUS TRAVELERS MUST SUBMIT:

1. Passport valid 6 months after return
2. Vaccination card with cholera, typhoid and yellow fever shots.
3. 3 color pictures
4. 3 application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant. Non signed and incomplete applications will be rejected.
5. Flight reservation
6. Certificate of good Characters (in French, English or Spanish only)7.
Visa cost : 125€ non-refoundable
8. Visas issued 2 days after presentation of the documents to the Consulate and collected only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Applicants are responsible for collecting their passports.
9. Visa applications are approved only by strict compliance of requirements. Incomplete applications shall not be admitted.
10. Visa fees are non-refundable. If the visa is denied, accompanying documents will stay at the Embassy and passport should be collected.
11. Payment could be made in cash or by bank transfer to: Banque Belgolaise, A/c #: 603-
1046725-42, Cantersteen, 1 - B 1000. .Transfer must be confirmedby Embassy’ s bank before visa is issued.
12. The Embassy reserves the right to ask extra documents from applicants.

Required documents:

BUSINESS:
* Letter of invitation from Equatorial Guinea company authorized by the Immigration Office
* Guarantee letter of the applicant’s company, stating the nature of the business in Equatorial Guinea

TOURIST
* Hotel confirmation in Equatorial Guinea
* Bank statement reflecting a minimum of 2.000€ to cover the applicant’ s expenses during the stay

RELIGIOUS:
* The invitation letter of the contact in Equatorial Guinea must be signed and authorized by the ministry of justice and by the immigration at Malabo or Bata

TRANSIT:
* Cost 50€
