Basic documents for a visa application:
* passport valid min. 6 months after return
* copy of the resident I.D. card for non-Belgian citizen
* yellow vaccination card
* 1 application form
* 2 pictures (name and adresse of the person at the back of the picture)
* flight reservation
* Hotel reservation from rwanda or guarantie letter from relatives

Business :
* Invitation letter
* guarantee letter from the Belgian company

Tourism :
* Invitation letter from the family or friends in Rwanda and make it legalized to the Rwanda authorities or official hotel reservation from Rwanda.

Dear customers,

As from today, July 7th 2008. The visa fees of Rwanda are changed.

We would like to get your attention that the visa fee must be paid by bank at least 1 day before going to the embassy. For that, BVS will charge you an extra fee of 7,50€ for each payment. If you want to avoid these extra charges you can pay your visa on the account number of the embassy 001-3714425-80 before sending your documents to us with the proof of your payment.


To obtain a multiple entries visa to Rwanda the applicant must write a personnal letter from his own addressed to the Consul explaining the exact indication of his request.
Please be aware that a multiple visa is given by the appreciation of the Consul.
