Basic documents for a visa application:
* 1 application form
* 2 pictures with a white backside
* passport valid 6 months after return (2 pages face to face)
* copy of of the resident card for non-Belgian citizen
* flight reservation

Please, check the New Rules before making your request.

Business :
* legalized invitation letter from the company in Saudi Arabia, sended by fax to the consulate in Brussels or by mail.
With details: name,first name, profession, company's name, religion, purpose.
* Original guarantee letter from the Belgian company with details and purpose, qualification of the person in the company, period of stay in Saoudi Arabia, responsability of charge during the period of the trip, kind of business, name and adress of the company that will be visited, signature of the authority in the company.

Delay: 3 days

Depuis le 15 novembre 2008, le consulat d’Arabie saoudite impose de suivre une nouvelle procédure pour toutes les demandes de visas.
A savoir :
Inscription sur le site du gouvernement Saoudien, scan de la photo, payement de l’inscription par carte de crédit (sans remboursement possible en cas d’échec).
Le délai d’obtention du visa est de 3 jours ouvrables.

Cette procédure demande beaucoup de temps, en plus des investissements informatique que nous avons du réaliser affin de nous mettre au niveau du site du gouvernement.



Dear Customers,

Since the 15th of November 2008, the Consulate of Saudi Arabia is requiring to follow a new procedure for all visa requests.
By knowing:
Registered on the website of Saudi Arabian government, scan the picture, payment of the registration by credit card (without reimbursement in case of failure).
The delay to obtain the visa is 3 working days.

This procedure required lots of time, plus all the IT (data processing) investment that we had to do just to be able to enter the site of the government.



* Payment by credit card, same fee as a registered agency + extra charges:
Visa/Mastercard 2% - Amex 3%


* Charges for the registration number on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA:
62 € per passport

* Bank charges of the visa, paid by bank transfer to the Consulate's account:
7.50 €
