From 1st of May 2005 the European citizens do not need a visa to travel to Ukraine
From 4th of November 2011, Brazilian citizens won't need visa for Ukrain anymore.

Basic documents for a visa application:
* passport valid min. 6 months after return
* 1 application form
* 2 pictures
* copy of the resident card
* flight reservation

Business:
* original and legalized invitation from Ukraine
* guarantee letter from company in Belgium
* for multiple entries visa 6 months and more : aids test (H.I.V)

Tourist:
* hotel reservation from Ukraine
* flight reservation

Delay: 1 week
Express: in 2 days with additional fees
