The tenant must make use of the premises in accordance with the destination sites. The lease agreement between the parties of this act shall in no way benefit to third parties other than those mentioned in the contract, unless written agreement of the company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland. The tenant, who signed this contract concluded for a fixed period, could in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises after the rental period.
